Arizona and Immigration
Arizona's law, SB 1070, was signed by Gov. Jan Brewer on April 23, 2010, regarding immigration. Bishop John C. Wester, chairman of the US Conference of Catholic Bishops Committee on Migration, opposes the enactment and implementation of SB 1070.
