Keys to a Solid Spiritual Life:

  • Pray every day (about a half an hour)

  • Read the Mass readings every day

  • Attend daily Mass at least once a week

  • Go to Adoration of Jesus in the Eucharist

  • Spend ten minutes each day in quiet contemplation or meditation

  • Pray the Rosary

  • Monthly Confession

  • Magnificat or This is the Day – daily scripture readings with morning and evening prayer
